"Unexpected Price Increase and Mistaken Order"
I mistakenly put in order 01542980 on the site on 8/18/2020 at about 12:59 am PST. Right after I completed the order, I noticed a price hike. The cost is way higher than what was shown before. I shot an email to customer service within 20 minutes. I called around 5:12 am, but they couldn't cancel it. Plus, all items are final sale. What the heck!
Follow-up: The issue got sorted out pretty quickly, so I changed my rating.

"Decent Shop"
The items here are usually pretty good.
I tend to be frugal when it comes to cotton stuff.
I'd steer clear of their dress shirts, though.
You can grab their wool trousers for just over a hundred bucks, and the quality is okay. Not the best, but hey, you get what you pay for, and they look decent enough for a last-minute meeting.
