"price jump and accidental purchase"
i accidentally placed order 01542980 on website 8/18/2020 at around 12:59 am pst. after i placed the order there is a price jump. the price is much more expensive than previous shown. i immediately emailed customer service in 20 minutes. i called in around 5:12 am and customer service is unable to cancel it. and all items are final sale. what the heck

"okay store"
merchandise are generally nice.
cotton and linen products are usally nice.
( i am cheap on cotton products anyway).
would definitely avoid their dress shirts.
you could always pick up their wool trousers for a little over 100, and the quality is fair. not very nice, but you get what you pay for and looks fairly nice for a meeting in emergency.
